- Tuesday 8.15: Step aerobics and Kneipp walking in the pool area
- Wednesday 8.15: Problem area gymnastics – stomach, legs, bottom
- Thursday 8.15: Aqua training with activating body-firming exercises in the water
- Friday 8.15: Slide - individual sliding fun, good condition training exercise
